Whether it is making a difficult decision with confidence, growing a business, improving relationships or gaining a new perspective, every meaningful step forward is worth celebrating.
Success is not only about achieving more. It is about creating a life that feels more confident, fulfilling and aligned with what matters most to you.

Before working with Terri-Leigh, I was struggling with my direction in life.
I was struggling to connect with who I wanted to be, both on a career level and in the way I wanted to connect with the people I love and care for.
I had worked a lot on how to be good at my job and my profession, but I lacked clear alignment with a mission or vision. I did not have something clear to lean back on when things became harder.
This was affecting my professional growth, my confidence and the certainty I knew I needed in order to be the best I could be for my clients, as well as my loved ones.
I first met Terri-Leigh at a Dr John Demartini seminar, where she was facilitating. We instantly connected because Terri-Leigh was able to clearly recognise something within me, which created a good and trusting fit.
I had tried different forms of coaching and different ways to improve myself before, but the way Terri-Leigh described how she worked felt unique.
I was already aware of how influential the Demartini Method was in helping people see the world in a way that aligned tightly with my own philosophy of life, which I had studied for years through chiropractic philosophy courses.
I felt that Terri-Leigh and I were very aligned, and that she would be able to help bring out in me the knowledge and understanding I already had, and needed to give to others.
The coaching sessions, and the way Terri-Leigh and I worked together, felt very human and natural. It never felt forced.
I would often come to a session with an expectation of what we would discuss and how I imagined the session would go. Most of the time, it went in a completely different direction, discussing things I did not really know were relevant.
But with reflection, it always linked back to the original topic I wanted to discuss, change or improve.
One “aha” moment that stayed with me was:
Hard is hard, but the easy way is often harder, because it is less on your terms.
Since working with Terri-Leigh, I have had a lot of changes in my life.
I wrote a thesis as part of a postgraduate degree on top of my master’s degree in chiropractic, and Terri-Leigh helped me through that process.
Most importantly, she helped me realise that the thesis was not for me, but for all my future clients, as well as helping form the theoretical foundation of my business.
Since working with Terri-Leigh, I have quit my job and moved countries in order to pursue opening my own business.
I have become extremely clear on my vision and mission for my personal life, my business and my career.
My certainty and confidence have never been at a higher point. This has allowed me, both in practice and in life, to think and act in ways that are more authentically me.
It has allowed me to have the highest level of enjoyment in expressing what I can offer people in my practice and beyond.
I would recommend working with Terri-Leigh to professionals who are struggling to find their voice or their direction in life.
It is for people who are committed to improving themselves and working on every aspect of their life — spiritually, mentally and emotionally — to improve the output they can give to their passion.
Working with Terri-Leigh helped me form a clear, intentional vision of who and what I want to give, and helped me develop clear strategies to stay consistently on track with my vision.

Before starting with Terri-Leigh, I had tried lots of different things to try and figure out what was going on within myself.
I had done different types of therapy and other forms of support, and although I learned a lot, I often found myself going around in circles. I did not enjoy always going backwards, because the kind of person I am likes to have a plan. I like to feel like I am moving forward, achieving and being productive.
With traditional therapy, I felt that once I had acknowledged certain things, there was no point in continuing to go over them again and again. At times, it felt counterproductive. It almost reinforced the negative belief I already had about myself, rather than helping me move beyond it.
What felt different about working with Terri-Leigh was that we still acknowledged the past, the behaviours and the things that were happening, but we also balanced them and made a plan for the future.
For someone like me, that made much more sense.
It meant I could still feel productive while dealing with the things that were holding me back. We figured out the why, we balanced it, we looked at why it was okay that certain things had happened, and then we looked at what I could do moving forward.
I have always loved being busy and achieving things. I also recognised that I had always looked for outside validation. I believed that being super busy meant I was super successful.
But as I got older, I started to realise that being busy does not necessarily mean success.
I had sacrificed a lot of my health, my mental health and other parts of my life for what I believed was success at the time.
When I started working with Terri-Leigh, one of the things we looked at was my values. I did not expect it to have the impact it did.
I realised that a lot of the things I thought were my highest values, and that I was putting so much pressure on, were actually holding me back. I was doing so much for everybody else and thinking that everybody should be grateful for the sacrifice I was making.
Looking back, I think I had almost become a martyr.
As a single parent when my children were younger, I would tell myself, “This is for my children. I am sacrificing this for them.” But what I realised through the values work was that I was actually putting pressure on them that they had never asked for.
My children had never asked me to make myself ill, exhausted or unhappy for them. They wanted their mum to be healthy and happy at home.
That was a huge realisation.
Once I removed that pressure, my relationship with my children improved. We already had a good relationship, but it became even happier and more settled because I was no longer saying, “I’m doing all of this for you.”
I could see that I was doing it because it mattered to me. Providing is my value. It is something I choose. My children can benefit from it, but they are not responsible for it.
That changed my home life, but it also changed my business.
I also discovered, or maybe confirmed, that I had a strange relationship with money.
For me, being successful had always been connected to providing for my family, helping the people I love and being able to step up for the people around me. I had always been able to do that financially, so being busy and working hard meant I had the money to help people.
But at the same time, I also had a negative relationship with money. Part of me felt that wanting money meant you were bad, evil or greedy.
So I had this imbalance around how I perceived money and success.
This is something I worked hard on with Terri-Leigh. I realised that working hard, being able to financially provide for people and wanting that did not make me greedy.
I also realised that I did not have to sacrifice myself until I was ill in order to earn money or feel worthy of it.
I had to value myself, my time and what I bring to the table in my work. That is enough.
The people I work with do not expect me to sacrifice my health in order for them to value me financially. They value the work I do and the service I provide. I can go above and beyond for my clients in ways that do not require me to sacrifice myself.
That has made me value myself more, which has allowed me to value the work I do more too.
Now, when people come and work with me, they value me as well. I no longer feel guilty about the money I earn, because I know I am providing a service that has genuine value.
One of the biggest changes has been the balance it has created in my life.
I used to carry a lot of guilt if I was not working to the point of exhaustion. I felt guilty if I had a day off. But what used to happen was that I would work so hard I became physically exhausted, and then my actual work would suffer.
I was not giving my clients what they deserved from me, and I was not giving my family the version of me they deserved either.
Now, because I am more balanced, everything works better.
I provide a better service. I am able to do better quality work. My thinking is clearer when I speak with clients. My routines are better. My systems are better. Everything has started to fall into place because of the changes I have made.
My business has grown significantly because of that.
Another big thing I learned through working with Terri-Leigh is that there is not simply a right or wrong decision.
Every decision, whether it is in your home life or your business, will have positives and negatives. It is my responsibility to look at both sides, accept them, and then figure out the next step.
I no longer go round in circles when it comes to making business decisions or decisions within my home and family. I can sit back and look at the bigger picture instead of getting wrapped up in “what if”, “I should have”, or things I cannot change.
All I can do is make a plan moving forward.
That affects me every day.
Whether it is a decision in my family, my business, or something happening in someone else’s life, I am now able to look at the bigger picture. I even find myself helping my children and other people to look at the positives and negatives of a situation too.
It has become my normal way of thinking.
The things I learned during my sessions with Terri-Leigh are things I will take into everything I do in my life forever.
I have done a lot of work on myself in the past, and I have been through different therapies and programmes, but many of them were short-term or specific to one thing. The work I did with Terri-Leigh is something I use in every part of my life.
It is not just business. It is personal life too, because one affects the other.
The decisions you make in your personal life affect your business, and the decisions you make in your business affect your personal life.
I went into coaching thinking it was about business, but we ended up talking a lot about family life, the pressure I put on myself with my children, and how that affected the way I worked within my business.
That was a massive realisation.
I think this type of coaching can help anyone who wants to understand why they are going round in circles and actually resolve it.
For me, traditional coaching and therapy often felt open-ended. With Terri-Leigh, because the sessions were longer and because of the way we worked, I always felt there was resolution.
We would speak about something at the beginning of the session, balance it, look at everything connected to it, and by the end I would feel like I had discovered something about myself, understood the why and knew what I could do to improve.
It was not like having ten sessions talking about the same thing over and over again, waiting for one big lightbulb moment at the end.
There were many lightbulb moments along the way, with practical things to put in place as I developed.
For someone who wants resolution, wants to understand the why, wants to move forward and does not want to keep going around in circles, this way of working makes complete sense.

My husband and I worked with Terri-Leigh during a challenging period in our marriage.
We felt we had lost our connection and were struggling to remember what had brought us together in the first place.
Terri-Leigh has an incredible ability to reframe the thoughts and beliefs that can keep us feeling stuck. Her approach helped us gain a different perspective, reconnect with one another, and understand ourselves and our relationship in a much deeper way.
I found her insights so inspiring that I have since carried many of the principles she shared with me into other areas of my life, including my own role as a business owner.
My business is centred around empowering people to love and trust their bodies through physiotherapy and Pilates. Terri-Leigh has also played a pivotal role in supporting some of our clients who have experienced significant trauma.
Once again, she has helped them navigate the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that were holding them back.
The impact this has had on their physical ability and confidence has been genuinely life-changing.
I have seen first-hand how powerful her work can be, both personally and professionally, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Terri-Leigh to anyone who feels stuck and is ready to make meaningful change in their life.

I originally met Terri-Leigh at a property event in Sheffield.
I remember attending with my friend, and there was a group of ladies all chatting. I had a brief introduction with Terri-Leigh, and I got such a great, positive vibe from her.
On the drive home, I remember turning to my friend and saying:
“I need this lady in my pack. I need her in my life.”
The following Monday, I reached out to her.
At the time, I was around 12 months into opening my company, so the business was still relatively new. As a business owner, especially in those early stages, you have to make sacrifices and make a lot of decisions yourself.
Sometimes it can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it can feel quite lonely.
I remember on our introductory call, Terri-Leigh very quickly said, “I’ve found two areas we could work on straight away, and I’m really confident we can get you over these.”
One was around business, and one was around my personal life and being a mum.
I had quite a lot of mum guilt, and I do think that was holding me back in certain areas.
We started fortnightly sessions, and even now, I can see the massive impact Terri-Leigh has had on the way I think, the way I process things, and the way I see things.
In some sessions, we would deep dive into what was going on and where certain beliefs and thoughts had come from.
In other sessions, it would be something really quick. Terri-Leigh would pick up on a one-liner I had said, something that may have thrown me off that week, and she would pull it apart and help me see it in a completely different light.
I would see things in a way I had not seen them before.
I am absolutely adamant that Terri-Leigh was a huge influence in the company growing, the company being successful, my mindset changing, and me knowing where I could take things.
I do feel like I am well connected, but having somebody external, with such broad knowledge and such a positive impact, is so powerful.
I would definitely recommend Terri-Leigh to anybody.
I’m more than happy to chat with anyone who feels like they are on the fence about looking into her services, because I honestly sing her praises from the rooftops.
Thank you so much for everything you have done for me. I am sure we will cross over again in the future.

I had the pleasure of attending an Imposter Syndrome workshop run by Terri-Leigh Liddle, and she was outstanding. Terri-Leigh brought an engaging, energetic presence to the room — the kind that makes everyone instantly feel at ease and genuinely seen.
Her stories were real, relatable, and perfectly on point. You could tell they came not just from knowledge, but from lived experience and continuous learning. She showed incredible empathy for everyone in the room, creating a safe space where people felt comfortable opening up and reflecting.
The session was packed with practical insights and grounded, useful information that I took away immediately. Terri-Leigh has a rare ability to connect, empower, and make complex feelings feel a little less heavy.
I’d highly recommend her workshops to anyone looking for honest, impactful learning delivered with heart and authenticity.

I recently attended Terri-Leigh’s Business Support Workshop: Overcoming Imposter Syndrome – Lead with Confidence and it was genuinely awesome.
Terri-Leigh is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but she has a remarkable ability to connect with every person in the room. She creates an environment where you feel at ease, understood, and valued, and that’s a rare skill.
Her delivery was flawless: clear, relatable, and full of practical insight. The session genuinely made me reflect on my own journey, especially after leaving a long-term career in a large organisation and navigating that feeling of ‘lost identity’. Terri-Leigh helped me realise that who I am isn’t defined by where I worked something that hit home more powerfully than I expected.
My biggest takeaway? “Remember who you are.” Simple, but impactful.
I couldn’t recommend Terri-Leigh highly enough. If you get the chance to attend one of her workshops or work with her directly, you’ll come away more confident, more self-aware, and absolutely inspired.

Attending Terri-Leigh's workshop was genuinely life-changing. In just a few hours, she helped me shift from feeling inferior and incapable to feeling empowered, confident and unstoppable.
I left with a completely new perspective, the confidence to embrace opportunities I'd previously avoided, and a belief that has changed the direction of my life.

I’ve had the privilege of working with Terri-Leigh through events with Doncaster Chamber of Commerce, and she is truly exceptional at what she does. Terri-Leigh brings a rare combination of strategic insight, emotional intelligence, and practical tools that create real, measurable change. Her approach is both empathetic and empowering—she has an incredible ability to meet people and leave them feeling like they can reach the summit of Mount Everest.
Terri-Leigh shows up with unwavering professionalism, deep expertise, and a genuine passion for helping others grow. Her sessions are engaging and thought-provoking leaving you with a renewed sense of purpose.
If you’re looking for someone who can elevate performance, build resilience, and inspire sustainable personal and professional growth, I cannot recommend Terri-Leigh highly enough.

Terri-Leigh gave a fantastic Imposter Syndrome workshop, in which she broke down all those negative feelings and gave us a fantastic tool kit to tackle these emotions head on.
Since the workshop, I have been able to take my career opportunities with much less fear and self doubt. I look forward to learning more from Terri-Leigh in the future!

I attended a session with Terri-Leigh recently and left feeling thoroughly uplifted. The content delivered was on point and thought provoking as it should be, and I was impressed with Terri-Leigh’s energy and ability to engage the room, to connect and inspire rather than to just teach.
I would highly recommend.
